Frying was eliminated as the site wanted to promote a healthy lifestyle. Energy efficient rational iCombi ovens and iVario cooking centres were installed. Foster the most energy efficient refrigeration and induction cooking was incorporated into the design. Stephens manufactured the counter with the dog bone style self-service soup and salad station.
